Zev has 18 years of professional participation in finance including banking, money management, and venture capital. Zev received a Masters in International Management from Thunderbird, School of Global Management, Arizona in 1990 and graduated with a Psychology degree from University of California, San Diego in 1988. Zev began his banking career in 1990 in Zurich, Switzerland as an intern with a private bank. From 1990 to 1994, Zev was Associate Director of NM Rothschild & Sons Ltd. in Mexico City. From 1994 to 1996, Zev was Corporate Finance Director of GrupoFinancieroMifelin Mexico City. In 1996, Zev founded Millennium Development (highlight portfolio company: www.dexterra.com.) In 1999, Zev co founded and led as a Managing Partner Brainstorm Ventures, L.P. in San Francisco, CA (highlight portfolio company: www.zappos.com.) From 2003 to 2005, Zev joined Costa Rican Adventures in Berkeley, CA, as CFO. In 2005, Zev Co founded Kopali Organics and was responsible for sourcing the first set of test products from Mexico. Zev is a passionate athlete (Marathons, Triathlons, Tennis/Squash, Golf, Tai Chi, Yoga, Gymnastics).
